I remember reading a milliner somewhere and the comment was “some hats just don’t want to get made.” which I think is such a classic. I have two of them sitting on my work desk looking at me now- just teasing me I think.

I was wearing a red and white striped dress with big cream flat roses down the front. I teamed it with a red crown and cream brim parasisal with red lily of the valley flowers hanging down on the left side.
Trying to see if Hubby took a photo or not, but he is in Sydney at the moment. (Where did you find a pic of me – I am usually camera shy?)
Best thing about Wagga is that it has a great wine and cheese culture so it is a little too easy to wind down at night.
The choice of classes was very hard to narrow down as there are so many fantastic tutors attending. Will post how the event went for you to all see the class outcomes.

Mum did all of Kates hat – she had to whip something up last minute, and of course she helped me when I wanted to throw mine out the window beacuse it wouldn’t go how I wanted it to

Have a great time in wagga wagga looks like there are some fabulous classes.

Hi Jane,
I don’t know why I was so shy on Sat – maybe a little too much fun at the Pink Ribbon Ball the night before may have had something to do with it.
I should post a picture of my hat before the event next time so that you know where I am hiding. See you there.

Congrats on your 3rd.
Sorry that I didn’t catch up – loved your hat on the day. Was it a joint effort between you and Marian?
I am aiming to run a parasisal course after I come back from the international Millinery Forum in Jan 12. Really looking forward to doing Lina Stein and Serena Lindeman’s classes there, so hopefully I will have lots of new skills to pass on in the classes. I will let your mum pass on the details to you when I send out some class dates.

I didn’t realise you were there on Saturday would have loved to say hello. Would be to come and do a course with you soon in parasail mum said you might do one next year?

The girl in pink is Danielle, she is just lovely and her hat was so pretty.
